Hey, I'm Emily! A red-headed twenty-something interested in sewing pieces of fabric together. I studied theatre and costuming in college, and I like long, romantic walks on the beach. Give me your rose, Mr. Bachelor.
So... like, what's your deal?
I grew up jumping between many different art forms before landing on costuming in college. Since then, I've worked for many different companies, including Broadway shows and Walt Disney Parks. I'm humbled to have been able to be in those shops so young, and excited to bring everything I've learned to each future job.
Any other notable things?
As I said, I've hopped all around the art-form worlds. My experience spans from figure drawing, to music theory, to flower arranging, to tango dancing. And though I don't expect to bring every art form to my costuming career, each new subject only further enriches all the previous ones I know.
